We are valworks OU, operating Storm Matchmaking, a service that provides exclusive matchmaking through professionally managed Instagram advertising campaigns. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and valworks OU concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. OUR SERVICES

We provide premium matchmaking services at $500/month that include:

  • Careful screening and application review process
  • Creation of Instagram-compliant advertising content
  • Strategic targeting of marriage-minded individuals
  • Professional campaign management and optimization
  • Curated matching with compatible potential partners

3. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION

Our services are exclusively for individuals who are:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Seeking serious, long-term relationships leading to marriage
  • Willing to participate in our screening process
  • Committed to paying the monthly service fee

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Our premium service is offered at $500 per month. Payment is required monthly in advance. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. INSTAGRAM COMPLIANCE

All content created for your matchmaking campaign strictly adheres to Instagram's advertising policies and community guidelines. We do not guarantee specific results but commit to professional, compliant campaign management.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for providing matchmaking services and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the application process
  • Maintain respectful communication with potential matches
  • Follow Instagram's community guidelines in all interactions
  • Pay monthly fees on time

8. SERVICE TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, active campaigns will be concluded and no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

9. DISCLAIMERS

While we provide professional matchmaking services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as finding a life partner within a certain timeframe. Results depend on various factors including individual compatibility and circumstances.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid. We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of individuals you meet through our service.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
